Hey loves, changes of temperature are at the doorstep and I see so many friends and colleagues getting sick. One of my besties at the moment? Golden mylk: it is a warm beverage that will boost your immune system and is also great for inflammation. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of veggie mylk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of tumeric
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinammon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grounded vainilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • honey or agave to taste

Instructions:

  1. Warm your veggie milk in a small pot. Once it is warm enough include all the spices and coconut oil. Allow it to stay with the spices for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Filter the mix and add honey or any other sweetener of your choice if you wish to do so.
