A little bit of journaling
I’d like to invite you to try to answer the following prompts each day: 3 in the morning and 2 at night
I’ve been doing this exercise for the last couple of weeks and it helps me bring positivity into my days. Don’t worry if you are answers are very similar one day to another ;)
For your daily affirmation, you can chose something that you need energy for or that you’d like feel connected to. For quite some days I’ve been using: “love every moment”.

I am strong, radiante, and I ask for what I need.
I am more than enough.
I am grateful for my body, every single day.
Taking care of myself is an act of self-love.
This moment is offering everything I need.
